In
the early 1990’s, four men started singing together within
the First Baptist Church of Rock Hill, SC. Then in 1995, the
Good News Quartet began ministering to other churches and for
special events. Over the next eleven years, Good News traveled
and sang almost weekly throughout the Carolinas, even venturing
into West Virginia and Ohio. Eternal friendships were established
with pastors, music directors, promoters, and other musicians
through 2006.
After
a brief retirement of our ministry, God gracefully orchestrated
our re-formation as a trio in 2008. We continue to travel and
sing Southern Gospel music based out of Rock Hill, SC, just 20
minutes south of Charlotte, NC.
We
are appreciative of every opportunity to travel, sing, renew
old friendships, and establish new ones. We are simply following
a call on our lives to use the small talents God has given us
to sing His music.
